Heat, Summer, Mallorca. On the 12th of August 2026 the 100% Sun Eclipse passes right above our island! We decided to invite friends, tribe members, creatives souls and champions who work with people or work in the public eye. You´ll be spending a 5,5-day summer workation in Mallorca to witness this unique power of nature moment, to work on your own ideas & projects, but also to get a daily input: -realign your vision -reconnect with your inner leadership - step into visible, embodied presence — on and off camera. This is a space to think, create and reposition — with guidance, structure and real output. A setting designed for clarity, momentum and meaningful visibility. A summer reset for your voice, your vision and your visibility. Not a retreat from your work — but a return to it with direction. The actress and heart of I.AM, Tara Linke, trains speakers, coaches and entrepreneurs in Presence & Performance since 2015. For this workshop she will be accompanied by Nadja Bontscheff (Systemic Councelling), Elke Höllmann (Buddhist Psychology & Tibetan Healing Yoga) and Marino Solokhov (Camera Presence / About Me Video). SCHEDULE: August 11 - Arrival day from 18:00 welcoming aperitif with dinner 19:30-21:30 Workshop phase 1 August 12 - Eclipse Day 10:00-14:30 - Workshop phase 1 15:45 - 16:45 - Drive to harbor 17:30-21:30 - Sailing Boat Tour with Tapas / Eclipse around 20:00 (max. 12 people) August 13 10:00-16:00 - Workshop phase 2 August 14 10:00-16:00 - Workshop phase 3 August 15 10:00-16:00 - Workshop phase 4 August 16 - Departure day Leaving around 11am to Palma and Airport FEE 695,-€ + 21% VAT 895€ + 21% VAT (with sailing tour) ACCOMMODATION: 155€ Single Regular (shared bath) 200€ Single De Luxe (bigger space, bath en suite) Twin Room: 50% (If available. We´ll pair you up, if you come alone) CATERING: 55€ / day include 3 meals per day + all snacks + Water/tea/coffee/juice. Intolerances will be respected. If we all decide to eat out in a restaurant, everyone pays their share. VILLA / LOCATION: close to Son Severa (45mins from Airport, 55 mins from Palma center) GETTING THERE: SHUTTLE: Arrival day shuttle hours: 10am-8pm (possible waiting time of 1 hr possible) / Departure day: 10am to Airport + Palma Center.
